Jeffery Rinde

Mr. Jeffrey A. Rinde is a Principal of AFH Holding & Advisory LLC, an integrated advisory and consulting firm serving U.S. and international clients who seek strategic advice and sophisticated access to global capital markets.

Mr. Rinde is also currently a Partner in the Public Companies and Capital Formation group of Blank Rome LLP. Prior to joining Blank Rome, Mr. Rinde was a Partner in Hodgson Russ LLP where he served as Chairman of its Asian Practice Group and New York City Corporate and Securities Group. His practice focuses on securities regulation and compliance for both U.S. and foreign public issuers, with a particular emphasis on Asia. Mr. Rinde's experience includes public and private equity and debt security financings, international mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, and corporate law and governance.

Mr. Rinde has helped numerous Asia-based companies in a variety of industries list on the New York Stock Exchange, NYSE Amex, and NASDAQ. He is experienced in alternative public offerings, including special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs); numerous types of structured financings, including private investment in public equity (PIPE) transactions; American depository receipts (ADRs); and registered direct and Rule 144A offerings. He is also a frequent speaker on these topics, along with the legal and financial challenges Chinese companies face when entering the U.S. capital markets.

Mr. Rinde holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami, School Of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association as well as the American Bar Association and is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut and Georgia. His professional associations include: Board of Advisors, Bill and Vieve Gore School of Business Center for China America Business Studies, Westminster College; and member, Princeton Premiere Business Leaders and Professionals.
